ILCC 2024 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Registration complementary for Abstract presenters.

  • The scientific committee is inviting the submission of abstracts for the ILCC 2.0 2024.
  • The abstract must be submitted online at the submission portal only.
  • Opportunity for Podium Presentation/ Young Investigators Award for 5 best abstracts.
  • The work being presented should be original and should not have been presented earlier in any of the meetings in India or Outside India and should not have been published.
  • Abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts and may be selected for poster presentations/ Young Investigators Award/ Best Abstract Award or may be rejected.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection by the Scientific Program Committee will be e-mailed to the submitting author by 20th September 2024.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in an ILCC official Website.
  • Abstracts received after the last date of submission will not be considered.
  • Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
  • The abstract should be 300 words and should be structured as follows:
    • Backgrounds
    • Aims
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusions
  • Abstract can be submitted under four sub-categories:
    • Clinical
    • Basic Sciences
    • Meta- analysis
    • Case Reports
  • Once the final submission is made, no further edits will be entertained.
  • In case of the author’s unavailability for presentation, one of the co-authors may present the work, provided they register for the conference.
