General Questions
The registration fee allows access to all events and functions during the event and includes: conference materials, receptions, meals and breaks as specified in the program.
All travel costs are the responsibility of the attendee. The Organizers has secured a block of rooms at the conference rate at the host hotel. Rooms in the conference block are reserved for conference attendees and allotment of room is on discretion of the Organizers. Room will be blocked for attendees who will opt for Residential Registration category.
If you need to cancel, up to 10 business days prior to the event, you will receive 50% refund of the Registration Fee Paid. No refund for Cancellations less than 10 business days prior to the event.

If you are unable to attend and would like to nominate a substitute, please let us know by writing to us at livercancer.update@gmail.com. Please ask your substitute to provide identification
on-site.
